I first met Fiona Brunton at a bid writing training session that she delivered to a number of Consultants and Marketing Executives at our Manchester office in October 2017. I met Fiona from Brunton Bid Writing at the Birmingham Recruitment Expo where I sat in one of her seminars regarding bid/tender writing. If you write tenders you will know how time consuming they are so I was interested to explore whether this could be outsourced. My biggest concern was spending almost the same amount of time having to explain everything about the business for them to write something that I could have done myself in the same time frame. After taking notes from the seminar I was confident Fiona knew her stuff. I had recently completed a PQQ and was accepted to tender so I decided to call Fiona to discuss. It so happened she was in the area that week and she came into the office. The process was nice and easy and I certainly felt at ease with how much Fiona knew. Of course I had to send a few emails and speak a few times over the phone to make sure she had the appropriate information but it was much less painful than I had anticipated. All of the work that we agreed Fiona would complete was on time and of excellent quality. I believe the time I saved far outweighed the cost. Fiona is personable, understands the industry having worked in it for many years and you feel confident that the tender is in safe hands. I have now used Fiona’s services several times and will no doubt continue to call upon her for further help in the future.
