Do not use this company. Shocked at how rude and inept they are at their job. I have been stunned to find out they tried to charge £100 for 2 x 10 minute rides. Drivers were late, then speeding and driving recklessly.

I will be making a formal complaint.

Last night me and my partner ended up getting lost in the fields it was becoming dark we came out on the main road towards Buntingford from stevenage one your drivers spotted us and immediately pulled over and asked if we were ok we explained the situation and he said i cant allow you to take the risk please get in and i will drop you into town i said we had no means to pay he said thats fine i just want you safe all i ask is you take one of our cards very kind and possibly literally saved our lifes will definitely ring when i need taxi in future

Do not use. They said there was someone available, I’d just have to wait for a call back. After 20 minutes I did not receive a call back. I tried calling multiple times. When I did get through they hung up on me. Waste of time. Waste of money
