This isn't any normal accountant! From the minute I arrived in the carpark to find the door opened for me before I got to it, the welcome was warm and friendly (especially from Sarah who also makes tea just how I like it!). Then to my chat with Jo who is a positive fount of business advice! I was made to feel right at home and that they all cared about every client. Jo and her Business Works team go above and beyond to support their clients. Shaun and Matthew were very thorough and patient when preparing the year end accounts for what is quite a complex charity and we felt very secure knowing that every detail had been considered to the highest standard. We have been with this wonderful team of accountants for 2 years now and I couldn't rate them more highly if I tried. Jo is so calming, encouraging and knowledgeable and makes me feel like no question is wrong or silly and takes the time to explain everything. The way she runs her business is inspiring and commendable. Kayleigh is our main accountant and she is FABULOUS! Everyone should have a Kayleigh in their lives!
