My experience of Busy Bee Recruitment and Jake in Particular has been nothing but positive. they have always been professional but friendly and responsive. Jake placed me in a couple of temporary positions to undertake alongside my PhD and both of them were perfectly suited to my skills and personality, in fact the second placement was such a good fit for both myself and the employer that I have since become permanent with them. Jake clearly has the ability to understand the strengths of the candidates on his books and the needs of the client companies he services. Likewise the communication I've had with other support staff and even the founding director has been positive and empathetic. Having worked as a recruitment consultant myself in the past for one of the biggest in the industry globally, it is a great to see a small, young company operating at the highest standards and probably outperforming a lot of the big players. No reservations about recommending Busy Bee recruitment to job seekers and hirers alike.
