Rang to make an appointment for my husband and myself to make wills. Agreed it wasn't urgent. Informed it wouldn't be until May. Fine. However after waiting over 4 weeks for the call back to arrange an appointment I've given up.

If I could rate lower than one star I would contacted this firm nearly 3 weeks ago still waiting for an email and every time I Phone they say someone will call you back 3 times this has happened and still. No call back took my business elsewhere don't even bother with them totally unprofessional and disgraceful customer service!
