I had to sell my late mother's leasehold sheltered accommodation. My usual solicitors were no longer trading and I had to find another solicitor to conduct the conveyancing. Eleanor King, our solicitor has been nothing short of brilliance personified for us. She was diligent, professional, and was very patient with us throughout the entire process.
