Used Julian for surveying the feasibility of moving an internal wall, and also a full Buildings Survey (w/ Structural). Couldn't be more pleased at the quality of work and the clarity of report. Prices very reasonable, and charged at or under quoted cost.
Received extremely thorough full survey report, (including additional observations), a full 3D scan of the building, and a zoom call afterwards to discuss any items where further clarity needed.
Communications could sometimes be better (when have estate agents breathing down neck), however the quality and thoroughness cannot be understated. Would happily use again.

I needed to remove a couple of internal walls and put a beam in place. Julian was prompt, super friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, with the ability to translate the complex issues into 'normal' language for me to understand all the things i needed to consider.

He drew up amazing 3d images of my house, with all of the necessary calculations to pass to the builder to make sure everything was done right by the regulations, which saved a ton of stress. Julian's also been on hand to answer all my little queries since then. I really cant thank Julian enough, and can't recommend him highly enough.
