Esther cafcass Nottingham destroyed both my children lives. My children were seperate early this year which destroyed my 14 years son which I believe my 6 years old daughter was also destroyed by the separation. My daughter was taken away from me and given to a man who didn't want a child in the first place. I experienced abuse to have an abortion today my child was taken away from me claiming that I frustrated contact with the father. I thought a guardian was meant to protect children but in this case Esther has shown that she couldn't care less about my daughter neither my son living with me. Esther said to the court that my daughter shouldn't comes back to live with me because I will emotionally abuse her. bare in mind i looked after my 14 year old son myself after all these years . Esther will lie about things that my 6 years old never said such as my daughter never want to talk to me again which is pure lie because every time I am on the phone with my daughter she kept asking when she coming back home. Esther is a liar, an incompetent person for the job, I am not too sure how she became a guardian. Lots of things writing down on her report are pure invented story.
I only have one think to tell Esther, nothing can change what nature has decided. if I gave birth to my daughter by not choosing to get rid of her and you decided to take my child and give her to this man who never wanted her then you will get lots coming your way. There is a reason why the umbilical cord is linked between a mother and a child for that reason my daughter will always be mine and she will always want me despite what you done and said.Things will happen in your life, you will ask yourself what you done to deserve it. This is where you will remember what you done to me and my children.

What can I say? My ex husband and I had less issues before this joke of organization was involved!

We got Sharon, who is scatty, unprofessional, uneducated and under qualified. She is really out of her depths, she came to MY HOME, kicked me out of MY lounge, guided questions to my children, never answers phone calls, SHE MISSED PHONE CALL APPOINTMENTS.

My children were left in tatters after her 'visit' they don't ever want to speak to her again. The funny thing is that my ex husband and I agree on her being dopey, to put it kindly.

My children's wishes were stained by her lack of understanding, professionalism and pure ignorance on any child matters!

I would give no stars if possible. Cafcass rewrite events, cut and paste incidents to minimise the severity, unashamedly lie. Cafcass embodies all the criticisms and failures identified in the 2002 Ministry of Justice report into the harm caused to children by cafcass. I can only advise that you record any conversation with cafcass officers
