Very friendly and quick to respond, Natalie was a lifesaver to help me relocate to Cambridge! After an initial form asking for what I was looking for, she was quick to find possible options fitting my criteria and setting up some viewings. It helped a ton to be able to have her do the viewings in my place and send me videos with commentary, too. Also received nice documents with information to help me better get settled in the city that have proved very useful especially for finding insurance and a GP, for example. Natalie and her team are amazing!

As former Cambridge residents, we thought it be would be easy to return to the city; however, things have changed since we last lived here. There is a shortage of decent rentals and we quickly learned that we needed help finding a place to live. Natalie personally toured potential homes on our behalf, sending us videos and giving us her impressions of the properties. She very quickly replied to emails and was always available to respond to any questions or concerns.

When we finally found a suitable home she negotiated the rental agreement for us and connected us with a furniture rental service.

Additionally, she helped us find a school placement for our daughter (also a surprisingly difficult task) by personally reaching out to both private and state funded schools.

I would give them ten stars if I could!

Definitely a five stars for services provided. Natalie targeted on properties as what we wanted. We move to the UK with two very little kids from Hong Kong, we feel difficult to locate a property, as many landlords don’t accept family with kids. She elaborated the situations and provide professional advises on which types of property that is suitable for us.

Natalie has a great understanding on the market of Cambridge, she always maintain good relationships with the agent therefore our viewing appointments were very smooth and quick to confirm (Market in Cambridge is very fast and her speedy actions helped us a lot).

Another surprise is that Natalie always respond to our requests and inquiries within an hour, or even outside her working hours. Also her concierge services which helped us the most, everything was ready and well prepared when we landed.

To all who wants to move to Cambridge (especially Hongkongers who is planning to move to Cambridge, and if you tired of those HKUK agent’s Scam ), I would definitely recommend Natalie as your relocation agent.
