I think like everything in life, our experiences with business and people are unique to us and we should try things out rather than judging on other people’s opinion. What one person or company finds brilliant; another might be left feeling underwhelmed. I was recommended to Cassidy’s and my initial impression was they were a nice team, helpful and patient. Sadly, this initial impression didn’t last. My lack of accounting knowledge led to confusion in communication, but this doesn’t explain why many emails were left unanswered. Omissions from my end of year accounts were luckily spotted by me, no tax planning, nothing proactive at all to name just a few of my disappointments with this accountancy firm. There’re always two sides to a story, I know, but from my personal experience, as a small, start-up business, I do not feel they were interested and would not recommend their services. A nice bunch of people and this isn’t a personal attack on them, just a review of the level of service I feel I received.

I can’t stress enough how brilliant Stuart and his team were when we had a ‘situation’ that could have easily spiralled out of control. Their professional, calm, assistance was invaluable. I can honestly say I have absolutely no qualms in recommending Cassidy's with a 5 star review
