I met Ash and Bella in 2021 and they had a big job as I just brought a carrier bag, full of receipts and paperwork and it was a very stressful time. Since then we have been having the most organised of paperwork and they are always on hand to answer my phone calls and queries and to see me in person and I have never had to wait more than 24 hours before I response. Overall, I am very happy with the service I have received and would recommend.,

Having been with Certax now for the last 2 years they have helped me greatly especially as i have a small business. This last year they have supported me and helped me with TDC and told me what I am able to apply for. Jordan has been wonderful as have all the staff who have gone that extra mile. Excellent, friendly service. Staff make time and bend over backwards to help. They go the extra mile. Can't recommend highly enough.
