Colin did an amazing job in enabling us to get planning permission on a listed building in our garden. - He was knowledgeable, thorough and went above and beyond in his work- researching old photos of the area and how the property looked over 100 years ago. His designs were totally in keeping with what was required and we couldn’t have asked for more. The application for planning permission was a lengthy and complicated process and at times I felt like giving up. But Colin remained calm and determined and after much communication with the decision makers he got us over the line …. We recently got the good news our application was successful.
