Our solicitor Ben was excellent. Our case was very sensitive and emotional and he was very compassionate and kind throughout. I had never used a solicitor before so I felt pretty clueless to start with but Ben explained everything very clearly and I also felt comfortable to ask him if there was anything I didn't understand. Used them for the sale of our house, my situation changed and they offered to represent my husband against me despite me being their client. A conflict of interest and very unprofessional. I would not recommend them

I used these solicitors in 2022 for a case in family court and I was told by them that they couldn’t help me but still charged me.
I definitely would not be using these solicitors again and I most definitely wouldn’t be recommending them.
I went to a different solicitors that had good reviews within a month I had a court date.
Chattertons solicitors was a waste of my time and money.
