Just to make it clear I don’t write reviews but in this instance I feel it is necessary! I appointed Claire Smith of Chattertons by chance after typing ‘Divorce solicitors’ into Google, not realising at the time that it would become one of the best decisions of my life. I literally cannot praise her enough, she wasn’t only doing the work on my behalf she was also having to sort out so many mistakes that were being made by my ex wife’s solicitors (Roythornes), and I’m not talking little mistakes I’m talking serious mistakes. Claire never took her eyes off the ball once even when the other side tried using underhanded tactics, if Claire could save me money on costs she would always try, but with Roythornes always trying to make as much money as possible out of the case, this task was never going to be easy for her. Claire would always try the negotiation route first but trying to negotiate with Roythornes whose only interest was going though the courts to line their pockets, she would have got on better negotiating with a dead house fly.
So to conclude I’m writing this review to help people who find themselves in the situation I was in, you don’t need anyone else to fight your corner other than Claire Smith of Chattertons, I promise you, like I found out, it was the luckiest phone call I have ever made. Thank you so much!
