Anne - Lise was a shining light during a very difficult time for me. She guided us through each session with kindness, fairness and understanding. If we ever went off topic she helped us back on track and moved the sessions forward with respect and accountability. Anne - Lise gave helpful suggestions that we hadn’t thought of yourselves and opened our minds to other alternatives in our situation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and efforts during mediation. You really are a wonderful mediator!

My partner attended meditation sessions with his ex here, regarding their childcare for one shared child and it was a complete waste of time. The meditator pushed him to compromise in areas that were completely impossible for our family , having other children that they did not take into account at all which would have left our children no child care at times due to the distance he would be travelling to accommodate these compromises unless I dropped work hours and lost money. They fail to see where they are being manipulated and cannot pick up on abusive situations like prolonged coercive control. Females are not expected to compromise and the whole process here favours the women. If I however than arranged to take my partner here for mediation due to the compromises he was almost forced to make they would have then contradicted themselves and made him compromise with me they can’t have it both ways. This is nothing more than a tick exercise in order to pursue court action.

Was seen by Rose Keyte, she was brilliant! Warm, informative, impartial, willing to hear you out wether they agree or not, which isn't what everyone wants to hear but that's there job not to pick sides and try there best to make the best for parents to be in there children lives, there not miracle worker but they try. Would recommend especially Rose!

Never got as far as an actual mediation meeting as I got fed up of repeated delays - if you think waiting over 2 months from a MIAM to the next meeting is acceptable then give them a try, if not then try somewhere else.

Shockingly poor!! an unacceptable outcome was advised before the other party had even been interviewed! How is that even mediation? This unfortunately resulted in increased hostility - Go Elsewhere.

I find the staff here extremely helpful and professional and the mediation service to be excellent. Would definitely recommend to prospect clients to give the them a call and see how they could help them.
