I recently had the absolute pleasure to have Chester & Co. manage the conveyancing for my house purchase.

Not being from Bournemouth, I called several solicitor firms in the area to ask for service outline and pricing. This is a critical stage for any potential client in deciding who to instruct. I would like to leave no stars.
Chester and co were uses to purchase two properties.i have had nothing but problems with chester and co getting the paperwork wrong for the land registry.the first was still going through so used them again.if I had known the first was not done right in would not have used them for the second purchase.
From putting the wrong names on the form.to not getting a freeholders signature to losing paperwork.submitting the wrong paperwork.
Two years on and still not sorted.
They seem in no rush to sort this out and no apology from them.
Will be putting a complaint into the law society.
Would stay well clear if you want to purchase a property smoothly.
