Jamal Khan is a very deceitful and litigious man. If you look at the other 1 star reviews, I had an extremely similar experience as Q Lee.

The fact that Q Lee had a similar experience to me suggests that he is doing his deceitful acts on a regular basis.

I went to Jamal as I run a business and I needed a tax adviser to help me. Their website gives the impression that Churchill Tax Advisers is a competent organization that are experts in tax - however this is not the case. Churchill Tax Advisers claims that they have a team of accountants who can deal with HMRC. In reality, it's just one accountant and his name is Jamal.

I have some knowledge of accounting myself and I know many accountants personally where I frequently discuss accounting with them. Jamal Khan's tax strategy was straight up wrong! If I had allowed him to proceed, I would have been in huge trouble with HMRC.

The most frustrating part is that Jamal Khan is not cheap! He charges a lot of money for his so called services. Do not be fooled by the fact that he charges a lot of money. Usually paying more money means that you will get better service. This is certainly not the case with Jamal Khan. He takes a lot of money and screws you over anyway.

Jamal Khan is a nightmare to deal with - if you are reading this review, please take what I am saying seriously and heed my warning. Find someone else - ANYONE ELSE to be your tax adviser.

Steer clear of Jamal Khan. You can see proof of his litigious behaviour by reading his response to other 1 star reviews. He loves threatening legal action because he is a megalomaniac.

His favourite catchphrase is "Our solicitors have been informed"

I can't comment on the other people at this organization but Jamal Khan is the head of Churchill Tax Advisers and I can't imagine him being a good role model to his employees.

It seems that Mr Khan has responded to my review. His response amuses me greatly. He first lied about my account being "recently created". That is simply not true as my account was created over 4 years ago! In addition to that, he has stated that "informed the police" of my review. This man is 45 years old (as of 2024) and he is behaving like a child.

Jamal, I know you will be reading this. If you are really foolish enough to have informed the police, please give me a reference number and I'll call them myself and clarify the entire situation with them. Hopefully I can stop you from wasting even more of their time.

THIS KIND OF HOSTILE BEHAVIOUR IS QUITE NORMAL WITH JAMAL KHAN. ALL PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS, PLEASE HEED MY WARNING.

At first Jamal will be nice and friendly and pretend to be an expert. When you find out in fact that he is not an expert and ask him to change or explain his strategy, he will drop the kind act and show this kind of hostility. What kind of person calls the police because of a review? Really think about it. Just imagine for a second how he interacts with HMRC.

When doing business, you need an accountant or a tax adviser who you can trust. The fate of your business lies in the hands of your accountant. Don't jeopardise your business by hiring Jamal.
