Got through on a call for fraud which was pretty urgent.

Got cut off by an on the phone survey which then hung up the phone.

Called straight back & apparently no one could take my call. I was on hold for an hour. How is no one available to speak to me for an hour?

I have been on hold waiting to speak to an advisor since 1:30pm. It is now 5:00pm and the offices are closed. Does anyone actually work here? I have had to call multiple times as just before 40 mins, the line conveniently drops dead. I never leave bad reviews but this has been beyond frustrating.

Absolutely impossible to get hold of and speak to someone, I don't think there is anyone working in the bracknell office! Does this office exist!!!
