Don't appear to be able to see someone face to face which is frustrating and ridiculous. After leaving a voicemail message I was finally contacted after a week. The advice given confirmed my thoughts and was given by a very helpful gentleman. He restored my faith in CAB to an extent but the system let's people down - especially those of us who work during the week.

Never any real people to answer a phone and when you leave messages for a call back they don't call back in need of help for a food parcel yet they won't help they would rather let people starve to death

The place is never open and you could never get them other telephone as an organisation I find it most unhelpful that one cannot contact them
