Well, I have just been put through to the Taunton branch by head office. I waited on the phone listening to the message (35mins)"no one available at the moment you are in a queue" I thought I would look on Google to see if there was an alternative number. And lo and behold Google said the office closed at 1300. This is at 15.00 hrs. Head office said they are open until 16.00 but Google said 13.00

Brilliant service I wouldnt go anywhere else
They're kind and understanding and knowledgeable they have a world of experience between them . The biggest thing is they do is take that awful stress away . They are definitely my go to people for all advice .

They are on the spot sadly their funding gets dropped each year but if they weren't there for me I probably would either be 6ft under or possibly prison for murder. They deserve any and every praise they get.
