Can't get an appointment for love nor money. Get given phone numbers to call that just ring out for hours on end, no answer no voicemail. 8.55 am on Monday to get an answer at 10.28 am to tell me no appointments. Not what you need when you're gonna get made homeless

They booked appointment for free half hour with solicitor. Good job I checked as they had not booked me in!

Took the time out from work to specially see them in person. Yes they were very helpful but said I'd have to book an appointment for the service I needed.
Why couldn't I book it then I'm not sure. Instead I was told to call a number. Believe me you can call the number non stop for hours everyday and you'll struggle to get through. Maybe take another day off work to just go sit with the phone all day to try get through.

No answer machine or queue system or anything.

Spend an over hour 9am until 10:15am on the phone every Monday trying to get an appointment. Eventually get through from the constant engaged tone only to be told all appointments have gone and to try again next week. Or attend one of the drop in sessions, wait an hour or more to be seen, then get told to phone for an appointment on Mondays for anything other than the most basic of general advice. ( See phone comment above ) Obviously, people who need this service, those that cant afford solicitors must have all the time in the world to waste ( NOT!)

On a positive, when eventually, ( likely several weeks later) you do get an appointment with the right advisor, they are very informative and helpful. Its just a shame they dont have a better appointment system in place. So my advice, if its its something urgent, do it yourself. If you have the time to waste, go for it.
