Rude, belittling, ignorant, unprofessional, patronising and unknowledgeable. Plus whoever is responsible for the comments on the Facebook marketing page (I believe to be Alex Jenkins or Angela Day), makes it worse with their sarcastic, snidey, unprofessional engagement and overuse of emojis. Also, for the extortionate amount they charge for a property, the spec could be higher. Cheap marble effect bathrooms and no engineered wooden flooring.
