Outstanding service all round. Initial communication when making first enquiries was responsive, friendly and informative. Excellent turn around - survey was booked in for the following week and I received my 155 page report the next day! Barry was very comprehensive and included a multitude of helpful photographs. I requested a follow up call to discuss some of the contents of the report and Barry explained the salient points to me in great detail. This was really helpful to me and helped me to make a decision about how to proceed. Absolutely fantastic service!

As a first time buyer, I requested a RICS Level 2 Homebuyer survey. The survey was arranged and booked in for a week and a half later. All queries before the survey took place were handled promptly.

The survey went ahead as scheduled, including checking something particular I wanted the surveyor to comment on.

The report was ready for me by the next day that the survey took place, which I received immediately after making payment. The report is extremely detailed and includes many photographs of the elements checked in the survey. Of the example reports I requested when seeking quotes, this is definitely one of the best ones!

After receiving the report, I was able to discuss this with Barry, who was absolutely brilliant in explaining all aspects I needed clarifying, and to also put my mind at ease regarding any potential repairs I would be facing and queries I had about certain elements (as a first time buyer it is rather daunting).

CK Consultancy were the only surveyor to provide an example of the output I can expect from them of the 5 or so I'd gotten quotes from. The turnaround time for the level 3 RICS document was fast and the quality was excellent, providing me and my partner with all the information we needed to understand the maintenance the property would require and a more in-depth analysis of the area the property resided within than the level 2 provided by the conveyancers.
