The reflexology treatment I recieved was amazing. I had been feeling anxious and stressed prior to my treatment and had been overly tired to the point of exhaustion. Clare was extremely professional, putting me at ease with her friendly and caring approach.

I felt so very relaxed both during and after the treatment and could definitely feel the benefits both physically and mentally in the week after the treatment.

Clare is extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail what she had picked up on and what she had done during the treatment. It is clear Clare genuinely loves what she does and this I felt really added to the overall experience.

I booked reflexology with Clare, as during my last trimester in pregnancy I've been struggling my back and sleep. I also just wanted abit of time out from a busy lifestyle. However I feel that I've gained so much more than what I expected after my first session.

As soon as I stepped into Clare's treatment room I instantly felt calm and relaxed with soft lighting, warm room with a lovely relaxing atmosphere.

I loved my reflexology session and definitely will be returning.

Clare tailor made a scent stick and a body lotion for me to use at home, so I could take a little bit of this tranquility with me in my handbag whenever go.

Clare has such a wonderful manner, you can't help but feel calm and relaxed in her presence. Her packages are a truly nourishing way of increasing health and wellness over time, as each treatment seems to build on the previous one making you feel better and better. I saw Clare after the birth of my son and it was an incredible way for me to enjoy some me time and heal my body from childbirth and support it through breastfeeding.
