My meds are supposed to be delivered to me every 3 months. Today they are 2 weeks overdue and I have run out. I rang them and was told they had no prescription for me. It is supposed to be hassle free.

I have decided to go elsewhere, to get a more reliable service!

My visit was for a booster covid vaccination. Efficiently arranged over the phone. On the day the staff were very polite, my appointment was on time and the person administering the Vaccine most excellent.

We attended the pharmacy today to have our Covid booster jab. I would like to say that the whole experience was very good. From the ease of using the NHS site to book our appointment, to the number of appointments the pharmacy could offer us.
Our reception on arrival was so very good, we only had to wait for a few minutes and the injection was so good that I didn't even realise that it had been given
So well done to everybody at the pharmacy and I hope we can come to you if we need other injections. Thank you very much.
