My advice would be not to touch this firm with a barge pole. We had the misfortune to be involved with them during a recent property sale. I appreciate that house sales are never straightforward, but this company made the process needlessly complex and unpeasant on all sides. We were treated with a mixture of silence and disdane and when they actually deigned to do anything there was a shocking degree of incompetence. Is it acceptable to confirm a completion date and then not do/say anything on the day, but go on holiday instead without any warning?! I understand the purchaser ended up having to pay double to try and move things along. Even after this, they almost lost their home. All credit to Ethan who saved the day. Remember if you pay peanuts you will get monkeys!

I have recently purchased a house and was recommended to use Clearwaters. Ethan and Sana dealt with my case. The Solicitors were really quick to respond and get things done, which was great. Although there was a bit of miscommunication at one point, they sorted it out promptly. I'd recommend making sure to double check all details and maybe give them a call in advance to avoid any confusion. The Solicitors dealt with any concerns or queries efficiently. They processed all the paperwork quickly and as a result we got our keys within 2 months of putting in our offer. Overall, I was happy with the service!
