Would not recommend in the slightest, we all agreed in the negotiations one thing and David wrote down something different in the contract and it has now just cost us £1500. Considering the disgusting amount he charged for a zoom meeting, you would have thought he could do his job properly.
Avoid like the plague if you value your money.

Fantastic service on short notice, I could not have asked for more from Sam and Chris Pataky.

From the outset, Sam dealt with my case promptly and efficiently. I was offered a range of Barristers who were able to deal with my case at short notice with the opportunity to speak to each of them. Those responses were provided in less than two hours.

Having spoken with Chris Pataky, I did not doubt that he was a true specialist in his field and perhaps more importantly that he provided a human touch to the matter. Chris’ attention to detail and knowledge of the case was second to none. Whilst I lost my appeal and was advised that this was likely at the outset by Chris, I cannot fault Chris’ efforts, sadly the odds and the law were stacked against the outcome I wanted. The regulator lost its appeal and a partial costs order was secured against it.

I would highly recommend Chris Pataky and Clerksroom.
