Wendy is absolutely amazing . She made me feel so at ease so I could really open up to her. She has made me see things in a different light and has given me the strength to deal with future challenges . I really looked forward to my sessions which have now come to end, but I've come away with a much better positive look on life and coping mechanisms. I honestly can't praise her enough with all she has helped me with.

I went to Wendy after I was diagnosed with a series illness, I was struggling to accept it and the impact on my life. She was wonderful, I have learnt to say no when needed, recognise when life is getting on top on me and how to make the right choices for me (rather than to please others). She asks the hard questions; the ones friends or family will not and helps you find answers. Now I feel far more resilient to what life can throw at me. I highly recommend Wendy, she has really made a positive difference to my life.
