It has been such a pleasure to have had Gregg deliver training to us.
He delivered content in a personable and enthusiastic manner which keep a group of 30 adults engaged throughout the 4 week course.
Gregg was quick to creat a comfortable learning environment, encouraging participation from those who were happy sharing ideas and contributing to group discussions. Gregg delivered the learning in a clear and engaging manner, adapting and tweaking content where necessary in order to best meet the learning needs of the group. On more than one occasion, Gregg went above and beyond creating additional content and resources for our group based on areas we felt that we needed more support.
Gregg is a great trainer with a wealth of knowledge from his career that he is clearly passionate about sharing!

Oh where do I start? Gregg has been an amazing trainer. He knows exactly how to break down the most complex of materials to enable everyone on the team is taking it in as well as they should. He knows how to draw engagement all round but not making you feel pressured to participate (participation comes freely from all with no undue pressure) Everyone feels included and part of the course and due to his approachable nature it is very easy to go to him if there are parts of the course you're struggling a little bit to take in.
I have neurodiverse tendencies and would normally switch off at some point during day long courses
/training but I managed to 'stay' with Gregg 99% of the time 🙂

I never knew Gregg, or met him anywhere before the course but I feel I have gotten to build such a bond with him as well as the whole team and we are all absolutely gutted he couldn't do the last week of the course with us due to circumstances outside of his control.
I'd 100% hire him over and over again.
