Literally did nothing for the first month and a half, was told a month ago that they had all info, and was going to send out letters to sign, still no sign of any letters, it's been 6 months now, which is just a straight forward case, should have taken no more than 3 months to get to probate. Get told one thing, but nothing happens. We find the staff that has delt with are case, to be cold and rude. We are on our second solicitor, as the first one left with Immediate effect, we were never told that she left, and only found out when I tried to contact her, then we were told she had left and that we had been past on to another solicitor. And again we find cold and rude, sort on the phone, unpleasant face to face. If we weren't 6 months in we would fire them and go with someone else. Extremely unhappy with the service we have been given.
