I went to see Jo yesterday. I was nervous but she instantly put me at ease. Listened to me and my concerns. Which is more than what my own doctors have done. The most important thing to me was that Jo was interested in getting to the reasons why I have digestive issues and really took the time to understand and put together a plan to move forward. I felt valued and felt like I was in safe hands and I feel fabulous after treatment and look forward to further treatments. I would really encourage anyone who is thinking of going to bite the bullet and go. You would not be in better hands anywhere else!

I have always had gut issues and never seemed to be able to get to the “bottom” of it. I had tried lots of doctors and different diets and approaches before building up the courage to go and see Jo. It started with an initial phone call and from that moment I knew this was the place to go. I instantly felt comfortable talking openly about my issues and I got booked in and that continued when I went to the clinic. I have now been twice and can’t wait to go again. Changed my life!
Having had gut issues for years, I tried Colonic Hydrotherapy as somewhat of a last resort. I’ve been going to see Jo every 6 weeks for the past 6 months & can honestly say I’ve never felt better!
The appointment lasts two hours and Jo’s professional yet personable approach couldn’t make you feel more relaxed. The Colonic treatment itself is totally pain free and always gives me a sense of wellbeing and relief.
I can only liken Jo to some sort of Wizard, as it is simply amazing how you feel afterwards. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise sets you totally at ease, and she’s always on hand with very useful advice.
I can’t recommend Jo enough, you’ll be in expert hands and the experience has genuinely changed my life (and gut!!)

I was nervous about my first visit, Jo put me straight at ease, explained everything step by step in a way I could understand. Jo is very knowledgeable of our digestive system and good colon health. I've struggled for years with my stomach, I was on 5 different medicines just for my stomach, which doesn't include the senna and suppositories which i used at least once I have stopped those 2 and reduced one of my medicines. I have had 4 treatments so far and even though I have started opening my bowels I am still blocked a bit, we are getting there and I am starting to feel better each time. I feel lighter, not as stiff, my energy has increased ( which is not easy for someone with chronic fatigue) , I have noticed small changes, like I feel taller because I can stand straighter, I don't think I've lost weight but my clothes fit better, I enjoy the taste of food, I don't feel sick after I eat, I don't burp as much as I was ( it was embarrassing)
Anyone who is struggling with constipation, diarrhoea, fatigue , pain etc should try at least one of these to see if they help, just imagine your taking daily medicines, your body takes the parts of the medicine it needs to make you feel better and the rest of the unused medication is left in your body to be evacuated in your poop, if your not having a daily poo all this ends up blocking up in your body and making you feel worse.
I feel as if I could go on and on but I won't apart from saying there is no need to be embarrassed either, you will be made at ease and treated with respect at all times

Colonic hydrotherapy was something I had considered for a long time but was incredibly nervous and worried. I had insecurities about bloating and general fatigue. I emailed jo and she contacted me and left me a lovely voicemail. At my first appointment, from the moment I pulled up and was greeted by Jo I felt instantly at ease. She made me feel so relaxed and explained everything to me, she tailored the treatment to suit me and my needs. Jo has guided me through having bad menstrual cycles and helped me balance them out. I have had several appointments with Jo and look forward to every one, the conversation flows, I feel like I can open up and discuss my concerns as well as talking about lives in general and I find it a very lovely experience. The treatment is gentle and leaves me feeling extremely cleansed and full of energy. It’s almost like a reset button. I have had so many positive health results from having regular treatments with Jo. Highly recommend anyone who’s interested or has thought about it not to worry and just go for it. You won’t regret it.

I felt safe, comfortable and very much “looked after” Joanna is fantastic, and really felt at ease with her. The aftercare is fabulous too. The clinic is gorgeous and welcoming, she has thought of everything! Would highly recommend. I’d give 10 stars if there were 10 to give!

I was very nervous about my first hydro colonic however the second I met Jo I knew I was in good hands and there was no need to feel uncomfortable at all. Jo is so lovely and genuine it made my treatment more relaxing. The treatment itself does not hurt and is definitely not painful. It is not uncomfortable, it is just a different sensation. Jo is amazing during the treatment, she keeps you occupied and chats away with you which is lovely and takes your mind off anything else. The treatment room is absolutely spotless and to a very high standard, the bathroom is very very clean and leaves you feeling even more relieved after your treatment. Highly recommended, it has helped my IBS, my health, tiredness and fatigue, I no longer feel bloated! Thank you Jo, you’re a star!
