I simply can not fault my experience from start to finish. Paula's knowledge was absolutely tremendous and the whole treatment flowed seamlessly. It is now 5 days on since my first ever colonic and I can still feel myself experiencing the benefits of it. After travelling from overseas I was suffering from severe constipation when I arrived in the UK. I have always thought colonic therapy would be good for me as I've suffered from constipation all my life and my hand was forced to give it a go to relieve my discomfort on this recent visit. And thank goodness I did! Paula was amazing. Her therapy room was inviting and her calm and nurturing nature was reassuring. She talked me through everything from what to expect and what I would feel which immediately put me at ease. I left feeling completely relieved and the positive effect on my mood was commented on by my family. I visited once a week during my four week visit in the UK and I will be searching for a colonic therapist on my return home- the knowledge Paula has is second to none- thanks so much Paula, you've enabled me to enjoy my visit back in the UK I don't know what I would have done without you.

I have had many colonics over the past two decades but I have never had one that compares to Paula. She is professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. She is so gentle and nurturing that I didn’t even realise the treatment had started. I have suffered with ibs and lazy bowel forever and she used lots of different techniques to ensure the treatment was effective. I usually have to have three with the same therapist to have a ‘successful’ treatment, my first one with her exceeded them all. I will never go anywhere else and have recommended friends who have all said the same. Thank you so much!
