I looked at a lot of different companies to do my survey and reviewed sample Level 2 and Level 3 reports for at least 5 Surveyors. Complete Home Surveys was the last one I looked at and I went with them based on their reports and the reviews they had online. I was very happy with the report they done for me. Emma answered all of my queries beforehand and replied to my emails promptly. My survey was carried out by Liam and it was very good and addressed all of the concerns I had. I emailed the company a couple of times post survey and they were very easy to get hold of. They answered all of my post survey questions really quickly. Very happy with the service. Think it is a small team but they work really well. Would 100% recommend.

Survey was booked in quickly and had a full detailed report quicker than expected.
I had no questions about the report as it was written well and detailed, however the team were happy to answer any questions and talk through the report if I wanted to.

Extremely helpful staff and fast turnaround. We paid for a Level 2 Homebuyer survey and the survey was booked in the very next day. We received our report promptly and it contained a lot of very helpful information. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely use this company again.

Very detailed and saved us from buying a house full of serious and expensive hidden problems.
