Fantastic customer service. My first time using them recently when I urgently needed a laptop charger to allow me to keep working. They were exceptionally quick at responding to emails, and despite not having the item in stock, they were able to order it for me for next day delivery. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

What an outstanding company. Abandon all high street computer companies, eBay and Facebook Marketplace - just go to Computer Wizard if you need a new / refurbished laptop or anything similar. Amanda there listened to me, explained things to me in a way I actually understood and fixed me up with a brilliant refurbished laptop that is just right for me within ten minutes. Reasonable prices, expert staff and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to give a review for the guys at Computer Wizard after helping me out quickly with my Laptop problem.
I turned on my Laptop as usual on Wednesday morning to the Windows Error Recovery message which could not be resolved. Popped down to Computer Wizard and spoke to Darren who said he could have a look and get it up and running again (with Windows 10 this time) tomorrow ! Fantastic quick service especially during this COVID period.
Darren did get it up running once again but unfortunately the screen had a fault (which I was aware of) and wasn't worth the cost of getting a new one due to age of my existing Laptop (which was overdue to be upgraded soon)
So Darren hooked me up a DELL reconditioned Laptop with an SSD and all my bits transferred over running Windows 10 and an external USB C.D. Drive (which I needed also)
So happy with the advice help and knowledge from Darren to get me back up and running once again, at a great cost I must add as well.
Spend the weekend using it and getting used to the functions, it works so well and is spot on !

Rare is it these days that you find such outstanding service, to the point that it has prompted me to write this 5* review.

After taking my PC in as it was crashing, an antivirus scan and removal did not fix the issue. A lesser outfit might have given up there but Darren did not rest until the matter was resolved and my PC was functioning normally again (which took some weeks and at time felt like looking for a needle in a haystack). The issue in the end was faulty hardware, which Darren promptly replaced for a good price.

Transparent, motivated and friendly - I cannot recommend Computer Wizard enough, they are my go-to place now for any PC issues.
