I often take my Amazon returns here and also items I have sold on eBay. The Post office sells cards, stationary, wrapping paper and my kids favourite… Toys! Ash is always happy and welcoming, it’s great we still have a local service like this in the area!

Since Ash has opened the doors the Post Office has been revamped and looks amazing. Ash is kind, friendly, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. He is always smiling !!

Please be aware, my daughter went to post a small parcel for me 2nd class, should have been £3.49. They didn’t ask any questions and charged her £9.45 not knowing any different she paid up. Think there’s something fishy going on.

Very friendly and helpful staff I've found them. You can always have a quick chat and banter with them too. I used Congresbury Post Office when I first moved to Congresbury and never found any reason to change plus there is always a good selection of cards to choose from at a fair price .

Really nice to have a convenient post office, as so many of them are closing. You can do banking here, I really like this feature of the post office. It saves me going in to Weston. A convenient carpark is situated at the back behind Ticknalls store. There is also a defibrillator for emergencies if one is needed. It is located on the end wall outside the chip shop

Unfortunately bad customer service for a community post office. If you need any sort of interaction or assistance from the gentleman behind the counter then you need to go elsewhere. He simply refuses to help. Also, quoting the gentleman directly, 'we don't do QR codes here', despite it saying Royal Mail Return QR code underneath the code. Do yourself a favour and drive 5 minutes down the road to the Churchill post office.

My wife got there just as they were about to shut the door for the day. They immediately turned around, switched on the lights and were happy to serve. Very friendly service.

It doesn't say online that there shut between 1 and 2 i agree its lunch time for eveyone but i rushed here to find it shut not great info from postoffice
