Having experienced both the best and worst estate agents, i can say with confidence that the team here at Conrad and Walker are very caring and considerate.

Always responsive to emails. Always call back. And always communicate effectively between landlords and landlady's to tenants.

The team have gone above and beyond for me in the past and have always treated me fairly. I am greaful to have been a tenant with them.

Great service, I've been a Landlord for nearly 3 years. They've made everything easy for me and my tenant especially because they use contractors who are reasonably priced and get onto problems as soon as they can (to my knowledge).

I have had two houses with Conrad Walker for over 10 years, and they are very professional while also being personal.. recently I had a tenant leave one of my properties and it was re let within Days.. GREAT Company...

For the past 5 years I have had an issue with one of thier tenants which has now escalated to physical assault. Thier response is "we'll send a letter" which they know does nothing. I doubt they're even making the landlord aware of the situation. I have made numerous complaints which have never been followed up and am now at my witts end. Absolutely atrocious company and if you are a landlord be aware that they do not care who they place in your property. Avoid at all costs
