Having spent hours upon hours through comparison sites and with brokers getting quotes upon quotes upon quotes, I felt like I was ready to make a decision on who we were going to use as our broker. But thought to myself, I'll just let the last call we have give me some information from themselves, but I'll probably still go with one of the shortlisted brokers I've selected.

Then I spoke with Sharon at CMS, it was my last call through a week of stress and not only was she empathetic, but she was so helpful in explaining the process to us and as well as all of this, she was also way cheaper than the rest of the brokers we had shortlisted.

Thankfully in the end after our struggles with our mortgage, we got settled and were matched with an excellent conveyancing firm, who I'm very happy to say that after 13 weeks from when we put our offer into the property, successfully completed with and now we have the keys to our first property!

I wouldn't think twice in the future about going with CMS again and I definitely will be using them.
