Highly recommended Cook & Talbot because of how well both Vicky and Chris kept me informed throughout the process. They both answered my calls and emails quickly and got my sale through as quickly as possible. Approx 4 weeks from Instruction to completion.

I’ve used Cook & Talbot for previous conveyancing services and they were brilliant, so I didn’t hesitate in using them again. The team work really quickly, are always available via the phone and happy to help with any questions you have along the way. I also find their fees to be competitive and their work very thorough

Instructed them following recommendation from my broker, they are based up north where as we are in the Midlands. Even with the distance everything went smoothly, they were proactive, thorough and reasonably priced. Their app makes tracking progress relatively easy, though a beneficial feature to add would be the ability to pay them via the app rather than calling up to do card payments for things like searches and fees. They provided a good level of advice throughout the process which was extremely helpful as FTBers. We’ve already decided if we move again we will use them and will be recommending them to all family and friends.
