Happy experience.

We have used Yvonne @ Coole Bevis twice in the past ten years for sale & purchase of a house (previous time when they were Coole & Haddock).

The fees are in line with most local solicitors, I prefer paying a little more than an online one as I can drop papers off where needed and felt more in touch with the process.

I was satisfied with the progress made and felt that Coole Bevis helped keep things moving and were always ready to help me when I had questions.
