Do not use! they send out Original Wills not securely, I was told by their team Special Delivery is too expensive, so they only send signed for hence the will was lost. No one at the Legal service takes responsibility I just got fobbed off with "these things happen". Terrible service avoid, because if the original will is lost, then you have to wait wait wait to get it sorted. If i could give no stars I would

Co-op Legal Services brought their services to our home, an hour and fifteen minutes away from their offices. We believe we received top quality legal services for writing our wills and powers of attorney. Their offices in Sheffield are not set up for customer visits, but we decided to hand carry our completed documents to them rather than use registered post.
