We dealt mostly with Dan Pigden and he was fantastic. So responsive, supportive and knowledgeable. Made the process for getting our new mortgage very straightforward and we will be reaching out to Cooper again when it comes to remortgaging. Graham was easy to talk to, explained everything in layman's terms and was happy to work with my schedule and preferred methods of communication. Cooper associates were absolutely brilliant the whole way through the processes. At the beginning explained everything in simple money terms with what I needed to do with it being my first time.

And towards the end when my solicitors weren’t helping or the estate agent and I nearly lost my mortgage they all pulled in to help me with getting it completed.

Great to deal with and my advisor was very attentive , being on the ball and chasing me rather than the other way around , being whole of market they have a much broader choice of lenders . Rather than just the big boys who are afraid to take any risk on a chap who is 62 looking for a 15 year mortgage.
