Terrible service. Bad communication. Frequent errors (costly ones).

Update: more mistakes, fabricated and unauthorised bills and threatening phone calls. Finally I had to threaten legal action for them to stop. Moving to another company. Shocking response from a supposedly big-15. The errors continue even after all this (incorrect tax return filed, missed deadlines etc). Avoid like the plague.

Extremely Poor response time, no communications back and staff not on point about understanding the requirements of how and where to direct calls. Terrible experience and a Macy’s negatively on clients business needs. Use a competitor!
