We've been using Tim & the team at Cornwall Payroll Bureau for just over 2 years after they were recommended to us and they have been fantastic. They're always there to answer questions or offer advice and couldn't have been more helpful through the whole Covid-19/furlough situation; they're forthcoming with updates & changes and advise you how to make sure that you are compliant which is so good to have. I moved our payroll from our Accountants to Cornwall Payroll Bureau 2 years ago. It has been one of the best business decisions I have made.
Nothing is too much trouble for Tim and his team. The service our Hotel has received during the pandemic has been superb. The information and advice has been superior to any other source.They deserve all the praise they have received.

During the Covid 19 Pandemic we would have been overwhelmed by the the amount of work required to get our staff through the Furlough period and keep our pay roll up to date.. We have been using the services of Cornwall Payroll Bureau for the last 4 years and cannot rate them high enough, outstanding service, very helpful and professional and very reasonable costs. This year has been tough enough for all businesses and with the added complication of Furlough pay they handled it all for us and again the charges for more than acceptable for the service. Top notch!
We have been using Cornwall Payroll Bureau for the last three or four years, one hundred percent reliable, we send our payroll spread sheet in at midnight and have payslips back by midday to pay our staff. Thoroughly recommend.
