I've been using CSS for two years now and can honestly say they are the best garage I've ever had dealings with. Not only are they friendly and helpful, Martin and Paul are both very knowledgeable and give great service and good Value. They carry out servicing, repairs and MOT testing to all makes of cars. They also offer a courtesy car if required.

Both me and my partner needed repairs undertaken to our cars, very friendly, easy to deal with and good value.

The reason for writing the review is when a certain part didn't turn up, they called me at 11am, not 5pm/6pm and said there is no point starting the work until the part is here, its all ok to drive, would you like the car back today and we'll book it back in on X date.

Outstanding customer service. I thought this type of service had died out in this country.

I was stuck on the M1 with light rain and faulty windscreen wipers and I needed to get back to Kent. Peugeot Northampton service department wouldn't pick up the phone so I googled garages near my location and CSS had 5 stars. I called and was told it was ok to drop by and he'd try to help.

When I arrived the guy saw to me immediately and had me fixed and on my way within a few minutes. When I asked what I owed he wouldn't take payments saying 'It didn't even take me 2 minutes'
