I found it hard to open up at first, but Snow is patient and kind and I began to feel more relaxed and confident to let go of my worries, as the sessions continued. If I could put 10 stars, I would! I found Snow through google, she was the best reviewed therapist in my area. I started seeing her at a time I'd just come off my antidepressants, I thought I could never be happy without the tablets... I was so wrong. I HAD chronic depression, and was on the highest dosage of antidepressants there was, I was also prescribed sleeping pills, I'm now taking nothing, and have never felt better and slept better, all thanks to Snow. After around 4 months, I can't believe the woman I've become, with her help, I'm genuinely happy and the most confident I've ever been. Snow is unlike any other therapist, psychologist and psychiatrist I've been to see, she was always empathetic to my feelings, she didn't judge me, she truly understood what I was going through, and most importantly, she genuinely cared. I will forever be thankful for these past 4 months. I have learnt more about myself and progressed more than I ever have in the past 2 years of seeing other people.
