I found Couser Accountants when I needed a new provider to file tax returns for both my company and myself.

The accounts were prepared in a timely and efficient manner and for a reasonable price.

I have since had to reach out to Robert for assistance in a mortgage application, and he was able to provide the required accountant's certificate promptly.

I hope to use Couser Accountants again for any further accounting needs.

I would not use Robert again sadly. I used him for tax advice through the TaxScouts website. The task was to determine the available pension allowance remaining taking into account past unused allowances, and upcoming pension payments. Despite sharing all relevant documents and a 30 min call, he misread the documents and the miscalculated (over-estimated) employment pension contributions by £10,500. Luckily i caught it. When asked to update this, and to amend this in the final written tax advice summary document, I was ghosted and he stopped responding. It would have taken him under 10 mins to update this.

He said the service didn't include calculations - this is only true for TAX calculations. But he didn't get asked, or do any tax calculations...he was asked to advise on remaining pension allowance...and this type of calculation WAS included in the service.

Would not use him again unfortunately.
