I meet Toni Wildish as a Duty Solicitor at Salford Police Station, She was professional, well experienced, and a pleasure to be in the company of. I'm afraid that dealing with Mr Cowan is like going back in time 50 years when conveyancing was glacial in its pace. In today's context the service experienced from 'the other side' is dinosauric. Things literally take months that could and should be done in minutes, it's almost impossible to get a response - particularly quickly and updates are few and far between and mostly designed to 'stall' you. I'm afraid that this firm needs to go the way of the dinosaurs...
