If you are self employed or if you need an accountant you need to use CRBH.

My late father used CRBH since he came to Ormskirk in the late 1970s. My only regret about using them is I didn't use them sooner. My former accountant was not responding to emails, letters or phone calls. This is despite the fact he'd been paid to do my tax return. It reached such a stage that by January 31st my book keeper and I were trying to submit the tax return online ourselves. Due to a fault with the system we couldn't. We were given an extension till 15th February. Again my former accountant was not responding to anything. We were having no luck with logging into the Inland Revenue portal.

I don't know what made me do it but on Wednesday 10th Feb I phoned up David in desperation. I asked if he could help. He told me to get my book keeper to email the files to him and I was to turn on on Thursday around 2pm and it would be ready. I did as he asked and it was ready to be sent off.I just needed to sign it off. I changed to CRBH and now every month I send in my receipts and bank statements. There is no last minute rush and David is always willing to give advice if ever you need it.

I would recommend them without hesitation.
