We had an urgent client query for which we required an expert written opinion. We used the Croner-i My VIP service. The standard time to get the response was going to be around 7 to 10 working days. This would generally be ok, but in this particular case we needed to get back to the client promptly.
I telephoned and spoke to the work flow manager, and she was empathetic to our client's needs. We were promised the report by the following week Tuesday (only 3 working days after our request) and we actually received the report on Monday (a day earlier). This was much appreciated and great client service.

The Croner VIP Service is exceptionally good and a great support for accountants. I had the pleasure to deal with Ria Dhillon in respect of a query regarding the withdrawal of income tax relief on an EIS investment.
