Found the fees to be rather excessive (£160 per hour) with 10 percent of that hourly fee charged for reading an e-mail or taking a telephone call. Maybe I am a little out of touch as don't usually get involved with the legal profession thank goodness (couldn't afford it!). Had the impression that things were being dragged out somewhat to make it look difficult. Let us see what develops.
